How do I stream online videos on my PC to my apple TV?
On a Mac you use AirPlay. There is no equivalent option on PCs, but many modern TV sets allow direct streaming via Wi-Fi networks. Check the TV user manual.

So there is no way to stream from my HP computer to my Apple tv?
If you mean online videos from the internet, no. If you mean videos stored on your computer, there are several ways.
